CLASS START AND FINISH DATES

UW-Green Bay operates on two, 14 week long each, semesters (fall and spring). Four summer sessions are offered. Classes typically begin in early September and end in mid-May. We do not offer Winterim classes but we do offer summer sessions. 

Spring Break is typically scheduled for the middle of March.

The Academic Calendar outlines class start, end and other important dates, deadlines, holidays, closures for Governor mandated furlough days, vacations and graduation dates.

The Registration Calendar offers a condensed version of registration dates and deadlines. This includes the add/drop deadlines.

The Schedule of Classes lists course requisites, schedule, location, and usually the name of the instructor. The advanced search allows students to view classes offered by subject, instructor's last name, class days and time offered, or by class type.

The Fall Schedule of Classes is typically posted toward the end of March and the Spring/Summer Schedule of Classes is typically posted toward the end of October.
