TUITION AND OTHER FEES
Tuition Rates and Fees are here. They're the same for full time/part time students. The fee information listed includes segregated fees. Other factors to consider: Books and Supplies, Standard Food Costs, Average Housing and Additional Personal Expenses and Parking. One way to save on college credits is to take credits within the tuition plateau, check out all the details here.
New tuition rates and fees for Fall are typically posted in July.
There is not a deposit required to inform UWGB that you will be attending; however there is a deposit for housing. See those details here.
HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY?
We do not send paper bills. Fees and charges (tuition, housing, food, etc.) are posted on students SIS account in July for the Fall term, in December for the Spring term, and in April for the Summer term.
UWGB uses e-billing to notify students through their campus email when balances are due. Only those students who have a balance due will receive the email. There are a variety of Payment Methods including On-Line, Credit Card (there is a 2.5% convenience fee), Electronic Check (e-check), at the Cashier Window, Mail or Drop Box. Only cash or check is accepted at the cashier window (no credit cards).
TUITION DEADLINE
The deadline is 4:30 p.m. on the date specified as the due date here. Students must contact the Bursar's office if their tuition payment is going to be late and late fees are typically accessed.
