CHOOSING A ROOMMATE
New students can request a specific roommate on the housing application. You, and who you wish to room with, should request each other on your applications. We will not assign students to the same room if only one student selects the other as a roommate.
The Office of Residence Life will make every effort to place students who have each selected the other as a preferred roommate together in the same room. For more information, please review the Housing Contract.
Students continuing to live on campus select roommates for the next academic year according to the housing reapplication process during the Spring semester.
ROOM ASSIGNMENT LETTERS
Students moving on to campus for the Fall semester will receive their Room Assignment Letters in July. This letter contains information on which building, room or apartment they have been assigned to, their roommate(s) and contact information, mailing address while on campus, move-in dates and when/where to check in. Questions or concerns about room assignments should be addressed to the housing office at 920-465-2040.
This year's move-in dates are:
August 31 for FOCUS Freshmen September 1-2 for all other students from 10 a.m.- 4 p.m.
