Cost of Student Housing

The rates for housing include all utilities, cable television and high speed internet access. Housing rates vary for Residence Halls, Traditional Apartments and Apartment Style Residence Halls. All rates listed are per student.

Students living in Residence Halls are required to purchase a dining plan, while students living in the Traditional Apartments or Apartment Style Residence Halls have the option to purchase a dining plan.

During the initial application process, no deposit is needed. A $225 advance housing deposit is required with a returned contract. Please know that your deposit may be nonrefundable after May 1st.

All charges are viewed and paid for through your Student Information System (SIS). For more information on charges and payments, please contact the Bursar's Office.
